Angelo is a 1995 graduate of Pace Law School where he received a J.D., Magna Cum Laude, was a member of the Law Review and was designated a "Ranking Scholar." He also received an MBA from the Stern School of New York University and a B.A. from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York.

Before practicing law, Angelo held managerial and consulting positions in the life insurance and employee benefits industry where assignments included administration of defined contribution pension plans, software development, insurance service operations and human resources.

He is a member of the following Bar Associations: Connecticut, New York City, Westchester County.

Angelo is co-author of "Comparing the Rules in Three Jurisdictions: Can Extrinsic Evidence Be Considered On a Motion To Dismiss Or To Strike?" Westchester Bar Journal, Vol. 35, No. 1 (200*), p. 19.
